Mohamad - Success Story

Mohamad dreams of one day becoming an Ophthalmologist, so he can help all children who lost their eyes due to the shrapnel of war or those who were born without being able to see .

All children with special cases — including the displaced — have the right to be educated and to dream of a bright future .

We are so proud of our partnership with the International Rescue Committee and the European Union humanitarian aid, in our education program which helps 450 students in the Bekaa area.

Mohamad today said: “Going to school was a dream for me and it came true. I continued my studies like others and I have friends that I play and study with them. One of the most beautiful moments is when the bus comes and takes us to school .

Disability cannot stop me!”
